Flat Top Griddle Calzone #shorts

Take your pizza dough and a stretch it out before you place it on the flat top. Add your toppings to the dough near the flat top so that you can easily seal the dough and transport right onto the griddle.
Have the flat top at 400F (ours was on low).
We put a little olive oil down and garlic powder down on the griddle before putting the calzone down.
Cook the calzone for about 25-30 minutes.
You will want to flip the calzone at the end every few minutes to allow it to cook evenly and keep it from burning.
The calzone is going to be super hot, so it's important to let it rest and cool down before eating.
