Question: when asking questions to find out about their behaviours and goals, should this always relate to their career? Or to the area that you plan to launch a product in? (EG; if it's a food brand, should it be focused on their eating habits and weight goals?)

Nice, a lot of useful information, but please, add the photo as the LAST element of the creative process, an image influence too much the character that you are building. The personality will let you know her name, quote and finally her image.

I have another question! why pain points and goals are from her personal life? and not related to the app? end goals where the user needs to accomplish when using the app we creating? very confuse I watched other videos and half of them focus in personal life like yours and other videos saying that should be around the problem we trying to solve.

How will employee personas differ? Should I capture similar kind of data related to personal life, or rather focus only on my problem statement as it feels like I might be deviating if I capture too much personal information?

I like the video, but I don't understand why the Myers-Briggs-Personality Test is still being used that often in UX and Product Managment, as it has a questionnably validity and reliability. There are much better, scientifically superior personality modells like the Big 5
