Scooter updates only when you tap Update. Last update to Ather stack 6 took just 10 minutes it's faster now. There will be small updates in future.

Happened with my Ather too sometimes, automatically it updates the Scooter which is seriously a bad idea by Ather.

Happened 3 times all in early morning over the 9 months 🤬
Also i am not sure its me only
I have not done any servicing through ather 7k ridden no issue in scoter
But they issued a software update just few days back and now it’s randomly stops or don’t allow to go above 30 done multiple force start and all
After some days its gone
FYI i will do the service when i want to or i face any issue not because some one forcing me through calls or using there software when vehicle is absolutely fine

I own ather since 2021 and it has never happened that an update came and stopped me from riding . The update happens when on charge at night and completes by that time. before that it tell you update is available and you can choose to update or leave it later to happen at night.
