This trip will not be taking place, the billionaire will not have to waste his money, and Elon, will have self destruct well before this date. What we are witnessing is self sabotaging distruct mode of an individual who clearly needs help but has no idea where to turn or even what to do. One can see that.

What he should have done if he were going to have a mid life crisis, would have been to hand the reigns over to people that could competently carry out his objectives and allow him time to rejuvenate and to bring perspective back into his life and to maintain contact with reality.

His frustrations must be in a constant flux of high and that is not healthy. He's is like a kid in a sweet shop who has won the lottery and doesn't know what he wants to spend his money on. The downside to this illusion is that there are investors who have invested their hard earned money to an individual who is currently in wobble mode. So behaviours are coming to light, as with comments that clearly are unsubstantiated and it creating a roller coaster for investors and loss of trust with them. This is not rocket science, we are all seeing this in real time.
