Who’s here after Skip tried to play with Unc?

You wouldn’t think Shannon was one of the greatest TEs of all time because he never talks about it. Speaks to how humble he is

Unc was a beast but Elway's throwing motion is so clean that it looks super fast. It looks so effortless. Mad respect to the both of them.

He went from being a 7th Round draft choice to one of the greatest tight ends and a hall of famer! 🏉

Elway was throwing the shit out of the ball, those were some bullets. It's amazing how Shannon caught hundreds of those passes and has functioning hands today.

I like the guy as a sport talk host because he earned the right to say anything he wants ! He proved himself as a professional player ! Amazing talent ! God bless him !

Shannon changed not only changed the TE position. He changed the game really helped Elway develop his passing game, and helped each other age gracefully.

Before his brother sustained that career-ending neck injury, he was on a trajectory to becoming one of the greatest receivers of all-time. Talented guys.

Glad to see this, he really could talk a lot more about himself on TV but doesn't. Speaks a lot to who he is.

The hall of fame did him dirty. He definitely should have been first ballot hall of fame. He was the all time leader in the major categories and won three Super Bowls. The voters be on a power trip.

Shannon Sharpe was the reason I played TE, and wore number 84… My all time favorite..

Shannon and I were freshman at Savannah State College (now) University in 1986. I had the honor and privilege watching him play football for four years. As I sat in the stands for four years watching Shannon, the catches he made never disappointed us. Yes, in college he was a highlight reel every Saturday. Shannon was also a good guy off the field too. I am proud of Shannon. Thanks Shannon for always shouting out Savannah State. #2TigerProud!
