Hi friends in this video we are going to see about conditional logics in WPForms

Get WPForms in the below link:

Goto WPForms and click Add New.

Give a name to the form

For Demo Purpose i am creating a blank form

First i am choosing a Multiple choice field and go to field options.

Enter name of label field according to your wish

Next i am creating two choices with names according to my needs .

one is individual

another one is company.

Next i am creating Name Field which includes both First and Last name fields

Now i am creating Name Field with simple format which helps to create single field.

Next choose field which has first and last name.
in the field option Goto conditionals and enable it.
In the second dropdown choose Are you
And in next dropdown choose is
In final dropdown choose an individual

Next go to the simple single field
in the field option Goto conditionals and enable it.

In the second dropdown choose Are you
And in next dropdown choose is
In final dropdown choose company

Finally save it and next click embed button.Copy the shortcode.
In one of my sample page i am adding the shortcode.

Now i am loading this sample page.
If i choose individual the form will display only first and last name fields
If i choose company the form will display only one field which ask to enter company name.
