Caught between her nerdy older brother Mark and her cheerful younger sister Missy, Dawn struggles to find her place in the world. Despite having a crush on a boy her brother knows, Dawn only manages to attract the attention of a bully named Brandon. Brandon, who intimidates her, forces her to show him affection.
