Why is the instructions contradictory? In the whole video it is stated to use "firm pressure" but then at the end with the "pro tip" it is stated to use "light or medium pressure" So which is it?

I own this tool, imo it’s an overpriced toy and the uses are limited and the documentation is misleading or lacking. For example they say not to use blue light with the percussive instrument because it might spread acne. But they say you can use the massage with red and infrared light. That makes NO sense, because you would be spreading acne around with all 3, the only difference is that the blue light should be killing the acne. Then they provide 0 scientific documentation on how the LED light actually works, we don’t know how they create the proper wavelengths, the strength of the light, etc. Then the cold/hot ring which costs another $100 barely works - the cold ring only goes down to 65 degrees Fahrenheit and it makes the attachment super hot because it’s working super hard to bring the temp down to just 65. Useless compared to a simple iced towel. Totally overpriced toy with very limited use cases.

How long do you do each section for? The manual mentions 8 minutes max. The video shows each section only taking about 10 seconds…
