Rose Falooda - An indulgent dessert drink with rose syrup, vermicilli, basil seeds, nuts and ice cream!

🌹INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp ghee
- ¼ cup roasted vermicelli
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp rose syrup
- 1 tsp rose water
Assembly:
- 1/4 cup strawberry jelly
- Crushed ice
- 1 tsp basil seeds
- TRS green raisins
- TRS almonds, sliced
- TRS pistachios, sliced
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Rose syrup

🌹INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat ghee and roast the vermicelli for 2-3 mins till golden.
2. Pour milk and mix cardamom powder.
3. Bring to a simmer and cook till vermicelli soften and milk thickens slightly.
4. Then stir in the rose syrup and rose water. Turn off heat and put aside to cool.
5. Soak the basil seeds in 3 tbsp water for 15 mins.
6. In a tall glass, add the crushed ice, followed by vermicelli milk, green raisins, almonds, pistachios and soaked basil seeds. Then top with ice cream and some more chopped nuts. Finally drizzle some rose syrup and enjoy cold!
