Giorno was a literal gang member surrounded by people who used their stands as weapons
Jolyne was a tough as nails delinquent down on her luck and having to resort to desperation to survive and achieve her goals
Even Joseph and Jonathan were kinda forced to grow up pretty early, even if they dealt with that and their problems in different ways
But Josuke is through-and-through just some plucky kind-hearted Japanese kid who just so happens to have a stand and he just stays that way through the entirety of Part 4
Even Koichi and Okuyasu change more than him by the end, but Josuke is just a dude, just a little man, a guy
