On a calorie deficit does not mean eating boring meals all the time, or avoiding certain foods. You can still enjoy whatever you like, fish and chip for example. i’m sorry but there’s no way you’re tracking your calories right… are you accounting for butter/oil that’s being used to cook the food?

That steak alone is higher than your claimed calorie total for dinner if calculated correctly, the bread alone for breakfast is more than likely close to or over the claimed total and the lowest calorie count for a fish and chips basket I'm seeing from a quick google is just under 900 calories with an average over just under 1000.
The calorie counts for this entire video are complete and utter bullshit.

you guys gotta understand that she is NOT eating the entirety of the things she’s making (a little misleading but also something that should be apparent). she’s clearly making these dishes for two (or more), and is only eating a quarter or so. she only eats half of a sandwich, while making two. she isn’t miscalculating, she is just not showing her partner because of privacy reasons i believe.

I feel like ppl forget that measuring calories for wieiad is to show others what they can eat. If she only picked at the food in the video she should state the total cals vs the cals she consumes.

She might not be eating everything she’s showing, and I’m guessing she’s cooking for two. The other sandwich and most of the steak went to the person B, hence the calories.

From her other videos, it seems she is cooking/sharing food for TWO (her bf). And we only see what she plates and takes a few bites of, not what she’s finishing. Everyone can calm down a bit now :)

Each persons calorie deficit is different. I don’t understand why we are harping on about the food being (assumed) 2000 calories?! That may still be her deficit. Even if you eat 50 calories less than maintenance, you’re in a deficit.
