Tropics Update: Three Tropical Waves PLUS Hurricane Hilary Update (California Flood Threat!)

in this tropics update three tropical waves are being monitored by the National Hurricane Center. Development chances have increased for the the three waves in the Atlantic. Hurricane Hilary is rapidly intensifying in the Pacific. The storm could make landfall in California as a tropical storm. Heavy rain, flash flooding and mudslides will be possible during this rare event.
