Evening Samosa Rolls ASMR
INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl,
2 cup maida (refined flour),
1cup Water,
Salt,
Oil.
Knead it into a soft dough.

In another bowl,
take boiled potato and smash it.
Add ginger and garlic paste,
chopped green chill,
Chopped coriander,
½ tbsp Wonder coriander cumin powder,
½ tbsp Wonder Garam Masala,
½ tbsp Wonder Chilly Powder,
salt,
½ tbsp Wonder Amchoor Powder,
2 pinch Wonder asafoetida powder (hing),
2 tbsp Oil,
and cornflour.

Take the dough and roll it. Cut and remove the edges. Make rolls of the potato mixture. Apply slurry and roll it. Deep fry in hot oil and it is ready.
