How To Playback Clips On the Timeline in Screenflow 10:
1. Press the Play/Pause Icons above Timeline or,
2. Tap the Spacebar to Play. Tap the Spacebar again to Pause.

How To Use J,K,L Keys Editing in Screenflow 10:
1. Tap L to Play Forward
2. Tap K to Pause Playback
3. Tap J To Play in Reverse

How To Speed up Playback in Screenflow 10:
1. Tap L to Play Forward. Tap LL to Playback 2x. Tap LLL to Playback 3x.
2. Tap K to Pause Playback
3. Tap J To Play in Reverse. Tap JJ to Playback 2x. Tap JJJ to Playback 3x.

How To Jump Scrubber to Next/Previous Edits in Screenflow 10:
1. Tap the Semicolon Key (;) to jump to the Previous Edit/Cut in Clips
2. Tap the Apostrophe Key (‘) to jump to the Next Edit/Cut in Clips

Hi Mike, could you help me how to set the screen flow main screen resolution ?
whenever i open screenflow 10 it opens out of proportion and i cant get the left side functions menu as the screen is blown out of proportion, thanks
