Exactly.. Keyboard wasn't replaced. Does that mean that there is no way to replace this keyboard? It's kinda plastic soldered into the cover, but it is actually possible to buy the keyboard on it's own.. Doesn't make sense.

You can see at 4.40 minutes that he used a complete new top cover...because the keyboard is fixed on the top cover and cant be normally removed is normal for that model.

I've replaced the whole keyboard with trackpad and the keys do not work only some and it spits out random letters or numbers. The sound is no longer working on the laptop too. I'm sure all cable wires we're connected correctly. Any ideas?

This model I don't think you can replace just the keyboard. It has to be the whole thing.
