OMG; I am so worried after your carryall unboxings, because for the sale I ordered the Charlie from the floral collection, regular size, in bubble gum blue, it is a gorgeous blue and sold out at all the boutiques so I had to use Coach dot com and I hope to God the handles are okay, I hope Jacksonville knows better.

If I get spaghetti as you put it, I dont know, maybe I will exchange it for a 28, because the color is so popular I will not be able to get a duplicate, they cant keep anything in stock that has this shade. But I like the size of the 28's better and would be just as happy with the Coral, I went with this size only because of the color but it might be too big.

I did see another gal's unboxing from Amazon that shipped beautifully so there's still hope.

They should really figure out how to package that properly. What a shame! They should have at least had more stuffing inside to keep the body nice and tight. 💞

I am so sorry the bag didn't work for you.they could have done a better job than that considering u r spending your money.I complained to coach office once and they fixed the problem plus sent.me a nice leather item.take care

Sorry you have to return your cute bag, but I understand about the handles. I believe all tote bags should have standing handless, but I’ve noticed they don’t package the items good. That’s a shame because we spend a lot of money on purses. Maybe good luck next time Bag Hound! TFS! 🤗❤️

What a disappointment! It's a shame they didn't put more effort into packing it more appropriate. The condition of the black bag vs. the navy bag is so obviously less appealing. It wasn't stuff enough, and the handles didn't look too good either. Oh well, save your money and buy something that'll be in better condition. TFS. 😊
