Waterspout seen off coast of Florida

A large waterspout was seen spinning off the coast of Panama City Beach, Florida, during a severe line of storms that caused more than 30 tornado reports across the South.

I was asleep in my condo in this building when my phone suddenly bleeped out a Tornado Warning. I opened my drapes and this thing was 100 meters off my balcony, lol. So close I had to look up and down to register what I was looking at. Fortunately it wasn't spinning too hard or sucking up a lot yet. Still pretty freaky to see a Wizard Of Oz twister poking down from the sky right next to you.
