RFK Jr. claims autism cause will be known by September

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced that his department is on the verge of identifying the cause of autism.

Speaking at a televised cabinet meeting at the White House, Kennedy said, "By September we will know what has caused the autism epidemic, and we'll be able to eliminate those exposures."

Kennedy has previously suggested a link between childhood vaccines and autism, although he did not address this theory during the meeting.

And it's not like this hasn't been looked at in the past. Research into causes of autism have been going on since the 2000's.
