I downloaded a game from aptoide and I dont see any viruses

Well at first I thought it was safe then I downloaded an app and aptoide said it was safe. It was safe for a while then my game started to lag and it opened one website. I didn't care at first then the second website sent me to a inapproprite website and I deleted it and it stopped.

It is bloatware i think its called. It injected loads of data in cryptic folders and made itself a sytem app. Managed to delete only because of my root

Aptoide it self is safe, but most of the games on it are either having a virus, either a mallware, even some green check ones, stay safe!
