Insane Chicken Katsu Burger

Yep you heard it, this is a double, doritos crumbed chicken, breast katsu burger! with pickled salad and curry mayo!. You have to try this!

2 x Tbs flour seasoned salt & pepper

Soft roll

Pickles
1/4 x Carrot
2 xRadish
1/4 xCucumber
1/2 x Spring Onion
2 x cup water
1 x cup Sugar
1 x Cup Japanese wine vinegar

Mayo
1 x Tsp English mustard
2 x Tsp ketchup
2 x Tbsp Mayo
1 x Tsp curry powder
