how do I get it to charge battery up to 14.4 I already took it out of automatic mode I put it in user mode but it only charges up to 13.7

my PC1800A Series MPPT Solar Charge Controller (60/80A) shows Fault Warning Light in the evening for awhile when there is no more sunlight and then the controller turns OFF . But turns back ON in the morning of the following day when the sun comes out. Is this a problem or is it how it is suppose to function because I have been using it for awhile now????

My must inverter can work without battery.
How can my inverter wake up from the panels from direct sunshine @ 145volt, when i connect this to the battery and the inverter to the battery instead of the inverter to charge the battery?
