I like how Iggy says he knows who he is as a player. He’s not an all time great but he’s great in his own way and that’s okay. So many young players think they are the next “guy” everyone will be talking about. Not a lot of professional roleplayers nowadays.

Iggy is so well spoken and very humble.

When redick brought up the meme, I though it was gonna be the “I want IGUODALA” meme 😆

It’s all about narrative. They awarded it to Iggy to basically compliment LeBron

Iggy Deserve that MVP for coming off the bench and Curry is so humble and unselfish that puts the team first no ego as long they win championship is all that matters

Steph Def should've won in 2015 even tho iggy was spectacular in that series too

Never understood the whole "without Iggy they would've lost" argument. So are you saying without Steph they could've won?

The reason he won was because he did not start at all prior to the finals AND was given the task of guarding Lebron. To go from a bench player to replacing your starting center in the starting line up while also playing as well as he did both defensively and offensively is a huge reason why they won

The fact he stepped his game up so much in the finals. He’s goated for that

After what iguodala said here and how humble he was, I’m fine accepting he has that mvp

If you put Iggy out, Cavs would've won in 6 or 7. But if you out Steph out, its a sweep. That shows who is more valuable in my opinion

When he said KD is like Shaq because “shaq don’t count” when it comes to best players i don’t even like kd frl but that’s facts

I miss the days when he played for the Sixers. He was so underappreciated back then, always left everything on the court.

It's all about how you perform compared to how people thought you will
Iggy exceeded expectations so much that they had to give it to him, although it is clear to me that Steph should've won it
