I had code E18 showing, i found a semi hard ball of fluff and hair had stopped the impeller from spinning. Turned the machine back on then got code E23. I thought bugger time for a service call. I found your video, turned machine off and tilted back, turned back on and codes cleared, machine is now back in business. THANK YOU MATE.

This only works and applies to machines with a leak sensor .either it be on the bottom pan .or a aqua sensor on the inlet hoses. mine didn't have either. maybe because its a US market model idk
