Doesn't matter with suspicious rejection of ballots in many parts of the country when 2020 elections, the country seems to have many distractions to look away at these important facets of government.

As we saw in 2014, if a Democratic President is gonna keep just 1 chamber of Congress, it's better for Biden that the Democrats maintain the Senate instead of the House since he'll still be able to appoint a potential 2nd Justice to the Supreme Court and any other regional courts across the country.
