i've been watching this on repeat and i've realized something just now, she always has three coins, and now i am sad she did not have, one then two the three and finally four coins, i'm not sure how much work that would be but i think it might be kinda easy to mask out the unused coins for the first two runs and add another held in place by her thumb for the last one
