Good call on the size! I hadn’t thought to do that, so thank you. Small or mini croissants makes this dessert much more doable, makes it easier to handle and easier/less messy to eat.

I just made these yesterday and they are so good!! I served mine with vanilla ice cream

Those look sooo good! ❤ I made one so far, but I could only find the really curved crescents so not so many crispy edges and next time I want to bake mine longer because I didn’t like the raw cookie dough in the middle. Also I bought some at Don Bakeshop and the cookie dough wasn’t raw.

I made it with edible cookie dough so no raw eggs to worry about. It was awesome.

Great concept but I wonder....Is it ok to eat that kind of cookie dough while it's a bit raw? if it can mush down like that it must be somewhat raw/undone.
