Sombra D tier ? she can hack Lifeweaver platform and destroy his tree of life with EMP, she can also destroy mei ultimate

I'm not saying Sombra is S or A tier, but I wouldn't call her 'situational' in her current state either. She counters enough heroes / hero abilities now to where you're gonna get good value out of her in most of your games. She counters Ball, Doom, Bastion, Zen, Lifeweaver. and Widow the best, but she's pretty good against a bunch of other heroes too.
Also, she's been getting sneaky buffed in the last month or so. She already cancelled a good portion of ults which now includes Mei's and Orisa's and bullys Lifeweaver then gets free health while flanking.

reaper has to be high A tier imo maybe even s tier. I dominate the hell out of matches with him like i can literally 1v1 so many tanks and win because of how op he is. He has an iframe mode, a tp, and does insane damage 8 times. Not to mention that his ult is one of the most feared ults in the game.

Symmetra needs energy instead of charge level so sym players(me included)have a better idea of when their lazer ubgrade and degrade speed. Also i would like to see secondary ability contributing or keeping the energy charged to at least somehow reward skill shot. She has a few cosmetic bugs like photon projector victory pose not having a golden gun and i think her turrets should be golden too same as bob is and thorb turret should be.

Don't buff genji. Everyone underestimates when I play him and then I get to walk through the enemy team. If he's buffed people might start stopping me :(
