Just got mine and I love it. Everything you said is exactly true. I carry this every day. You will forget you have it. This is my very first Buck Knife.

I've got the orange one with a serrated blade and use it as my EDC knife - real nice knife and worth the price.

1:03 msrp 52$ that's crazy got my first one for 20$ at Wal-Mart and here recently got a new one from menards for 27$ its the greatest edc knife around in my opinion

I brought mine to work today to move the belt clip to a different position (don't have a small enough Torx bit at the house). While showing it to my brother, I dropped it, and one of the components that holds the pivot mechanism for the blade fell off. Yes, it's my fault for dropping it, but dropping a closed knife about three feet should not destroy it. I was happy with hits knife until it's porcelain-like durability revealed itself.

Mine has alot of play, blown out of the water by my $10 sanrenmu 7010, shame though, i love the other parts of it

Hey 2brothersadventures! :) first of all, nice vid! And what a beautiful looking knife!!! I'm about to purchase my first knife mainly for self-defense purposes and would like to get your opinion on which brand I should get. I'm mainly trying to choose between this Buck model and Spyderco persistence. Im not really sure what the differences are, all I know is that the steel types are different. Anyway, please do let me know what you think if ever you have an opinion on the matter. Thanks! :)

Buck Knives are living off their past glory with the Buck 110. I'm not impressed with their new designs at all. I bought a Spitfire and the tolerances/fit and finish are a joke! If you hold it up to the light you can see how shitty the CNC machining is. The handles are real rough cut/sharp and should be chamfered. Blade play as well. I don't trust it. It's a shame because the knife is lightweight and the blade has a nice recurve that I like.
