The federal district judge entered an Order permanently prohibiting Xrp from selling Xrp to institutional investors. Ripple has appealed that. So the appeal must go through courts. Because the district judge has entered a permanent injunction. I am a lawyer. I don’t see how they undo judge Torres order with permanent injunction.
