Now that is the way I wanna make a replica of an extremely rare muscle car. Make it look exactly like the real thing. I know only roughly 50 1966 Fairlane 427’s were ever built. Find either a six cylinder or C code 289 fairlane like maybe this one was and build an exact replica of one instead of paying 6 figures for a real one and worry about it while driving it. Very well done build

Not as popular as Boss 351s or Cobra Jets, but '66 Fairlanes (specially with the 427) are some of the favorites non-Mustang Fords of the era, just as '70 Torino Cobras, for example. This is a super fine car, man...

That engine came with dual quads, this one is a single 4bbl, my older brother had a 66 White Fairlane exactly like this one and it had dual quads.

looks like the drivers door has newer paint on it but could be the camera overall a nice car
