Imagination is the greatest currency we have. This video is my offering to lean into what sparks our curiosity. It is an invitation to explore our inner landscapes, with no expectation, just love.

There is a lot of pressure riding on people at this moment to make the most of this quiet time; to be productive; to make a masterpiece amidst the chaos.

You don’t have to be thriving during this time. You don’t have to have so much done by the time we get out of this. In trying times, it is enough to survive, and creativity should be viewed as a treasure that unfurls when we feel safe enough to do in ourselves.

For those of you that are trying to be creative but finding it challenging, creating a peaceful environment in your home is a great gift to give yourself. Do not bring trauma of the world into your temple of creation. Creativity thrives in places of rest and peace. Your physical space reflects your mind- create your home sanctuary. It is our responsibility to choose what we expose our senses to, let’s cultivate this practice to create the most loving foundational framework for growth. Be kind to your mind, “the discipline of choosing to be a good steward of your mind is a very high teaching” as Elizabeth Gilbert says, “I really value my creativity, because it saves my life, because it lays ground under my feet, it allows me to escape the chatter, it settles me, it connects me to source. I treat it as something really precious and I don’t mess with the mind that contains it.”
