My father was working for the highway department he was always upgrading the highways to all the towns and the freeways and he would always take his places in Nevada. I am so thankful to know this song not as well as I used to and elementary when they would make a sing it but I'm humming it today and I hope the youngsters reading this will be thankful to know that as older people had to sing it too. I was born and raised in Missouri but Nevada is my home now. Still getting used to the Mojave and the 51 mountain ranges.
And I love living in Las Vegas so pretty and the Mojave is very petty. This is a very beautiful state, but my mom and my family are moving to Mexico and I have to go with them, but I will come back to Nevada after a year in Mexico like me and my Mom agreed on.

Came here from Northern California 7 years ago and never going back. I love it here. I love the dry climate and the desert. I love going to Tahoe and the Nevada side is my favorite. The Crystal Peak Trail is the most beautiful walk in the world. I love that it’s still possible to get a Republican governor sometimes, too.
