They fixed the new title sequence! (Doctor who title sequence 2024 updated) #doctorwho

They finally took everyones advice and made the time vortex part look less like "a colonoscopy" according to some, and also fixed the logo animation with the regeneration effect and all! Pretty great huh, all you, whovians, be sure to let me know what you think in the comments below! To be honest, I like it, but something still feels off, and I think that's the timing of the music as it still feels a little out of sync, perhaps even more so than before. Thanks for watching. :)

The logo is definitely an improvement but because of the added shot the music is a little out of sync and while the way the logo appears is an improvement I much prefer how the logo transitioned to the episode title in the previous version. I also think the logo lingers a bit too long...

I honestly was expecting them to just keep the 60th anniversary one throughout all of Ncuti gatwa’s run so when I saw the added shot and upgraded logo I was like “Woah that so cool!”

The tardis was perfectly in sync with the strings in the 2023 version, like it was a sound effect of the tardis riding the time vortex. But it's completely out of sync now. The logo transition is better, but damn, i much preferred the last version.

I love that they removed what I call "The Awkward Zoom" from the 60th specials, where the camera zooms in on the TARDIS, in a really quick, janky way. I'm glad they removed it, and updated the logo 😂

I love it. I just feel that the logo stays a little too long before it leaves. I miss the zoom in shot of the TARDIS but the new shot makes up for it.

The only thing i'm still upset about is the timing of the logo appearing right at the crescendo of the opening theme, it misses it by a bit.

I'm going to go against what seems to be the popular opinion and say that I like the longer hold on the DW logo. I was vocal about how I thought the original version of this intro was a bit too short, but this tweak fixes that issue for me! I already liked the original version, but this update really elevates it for me.

I think they still had enough time to add Ncuti's face into the title sequence. The only NuWho Doctors that have had their faces in their title sequences are Matt Smith and Peter Capaldi, since most of the classic Doctor's had their faces in their title sequences.
