Have the same problem and have had it many times. It is SO UTTERLY RIDICULOUS that you can't trade on an exchange that exists for that very purpose. I am never gonna use them for that again. The moment I can make the order I will move them to Bitfinex never to return!!!

i am having this problem in April 2020. jsut trying to get USD into my account from ACH transfer and it says "INSUFFICIENT FUNDS". shit is so annoying

You need to deposit some money into your Binance account, before you can spend it.
