it's as if Germany had a mausoleum and memory garden for Hitler. Franco's reign of Fascist Terror should not be glamorized and held in regard. such failings of history need to be put down but not forgotten. if forgetten, they will be repeated. you don't need monuments to Evil, but you need to teach your children about how to avoid repeating bad history.
