I recently have been spamming Garen in solo queue at Gold IV and now III, got a 10 win streak with it, and the best thing about him is, he can use any bruiser and tank mythics super well

For that poppy top pick, if you are in a difficult lane and are relying on farm (teemo, kennen, etc), take demolish instead of shield bash. And I personally like bone plating in a lot of matchups over second wind. Only take second wind if you are starting dorans shield for better sustain, other than that corrupting pot is best

I love playing Renata shes my favourite support but it seems like most people at my elo (silver) Do not understand how to play around her w...most of them will just flash out when they are empowered and leave the enemy on one hp when they couldve gotten an easy kill! But otherwise shes so much fun i love how she feels like a play making enchanter.. (kinda like my other main rakan)

ADC: There's no way free boots are better than Shield Bash on Lucian if you have a Lucian-shielding lane partner or an enchanter with Summon Aery for a lane partner. The only problem is now you just picked a rune that you hope your enchanter friend helps you to get value from throughout the match, which is inconsistent in low ranks for sure.

Predator is also good for jungle voli. Lets you easely hunt down people in the early game and adds some extra speed later on. Not an expert on runes but it worked out well for me atleast.

In fact, you shouldn't even be building that on Rengar in general (unless you're full build, can afford to sell boots, and your team for whatever reason doesn't have anti-healing). here i am again with garen. if youre against range champ in top. just run phase rush. garen lvl 6 with a ironspike whip or berserkers greaves oneshots majority of range toplaners(assuming you're even levels)
