if you use any kind of serum before using the device make sure it contains no oil whatsoever in it because oil-based liquids are non-conductive cuz they have no freely moving ions. Oils stop microcurrent flowing, so its important to use a water-based conductivity gel to ensure you’re getting the most out of your at home device :)

I love the Ziip. I like the forehead program, for tight headache muscles and 11's, and sensitive before bed. It's a miracle.

I love this video! I know this is 5 months ago but hope you're able to reply. I know you don't follow the apps but I thought the Ziip need to sync with the program since the current is different for each part of the face? Also, some reviews said the Ziip causes facial fat loss 😱 Have you experienced anything like that so far? Thanks!
