Hey guys the WINGDK folder where i pasted the engine.ini for a second time is related to game pass version if your modding that, not the steam version I was focused on here. Small goof not supposed to he in the video but the guide is solid. Its been a crazy few days working with this mod set and video. When all else fails refer to the readme files lol.

So I'm trying to follow the steps to add this mod and got to around 5:36, but I don't have a game directory folder or that enable override thing. I also am using the stable version of the mod if that makes a difference. The ReadMe isn't really making sense on what to do now either.

as soon as i get to regedit and want to import the file, the left click doesn’t work anymore. any suggestions?

#edit: tried it on another steam deck, same problem. as soon as i click on „registry“ i can’t left click for some reason

Hi I’m using LeGo, after adding -dx12 it gives low level fatal error :(

After doing everything step by step the game doesn't boot anymore...

EDIT: Just restarted the Steam Deck and it worked!

EDIT 2: I've never had any problems with my save file before, but immediately after installing this mod I lost around 5h of gameplay.

EDIT 3: After manually recovering the backup save files, I managed to get the game back to the old general state, BUT looks like some things were not backed up in those files. So now I have LOTS of Tech stuff locked, but no more tech points to unlock them. What a mess!

@GameTechPlanet the devs of the mod recommends we turn off fsr2 during boss battles. is this as simple as disabling dlss in the video settings?

I'm on gamepass buy can't get this working on my rog ally. Is there another video for that install? I've got the dx12 switch working. I can see it confirmed in my temp readout.

my wife is trying to join me after this mod i put on my steam deck but she’s on pc and it won’t let her join me anymore is there a reason, the fps is better and b4 my game used to crash i haven’t fully tested it but its not letting her join me

I went from 24-35 fps

To 87-90 fps. WITH HIGHER GRAPHICS SETTINGS very low --> to just low now

i locked it to 60 and it sits perfectly there with only minor dips into 50s occasionally
