Imagine an apostle/ prophet in every church receiving revelation. You would have thousands of cults.

Even if someone is doing some good, they don't always believe the right thing. Pastor Mel today just reiterated the importance of having the right doctrine for the right way of life. As a guy with a Bible would say, "Doctrine Matters!" Happy Sunday and God bless you.

It's a power play on the part of these people. "Counterfeit Kingdom" by Geivett and Pivec explains it well. These people want to be the ones in charge, claiming apostolic authority in order to tell everyone else what to do.

The qualifications for being an apostle are clearly set forth in Acts 1:15-26. No man today can legitimately claim to be an apostle like the original 12 and Paul.

You speak truth, you correct error and lies, you back up everything using the Bible, you help us fellow Christians or anyone considering converting, by directing us on the right path toward God and His will for us.
