I keep having this problem your help would be great for a beginner. If I am designing my website in the design view and preview it i find that if there is something i need to move or change when I have re-entered design view and moved that image or text etc and then preview the page in the browser again there has been no difference made at all. Also its the case with widgets. If I organise them in the design I want and preview it, the widgets then overlap or not in the place I originally designed it.

I thought you took the top nav bar off and hid it to All except for your smallest break point (15:30) and when you previewed the site it showed along with your hambeger why???? you just said it would not show up on the smallest device (mobile) but obviously it
