The Crafting requirements for the level 40:

Helmet: 13 Aluminum, 13 copper, 15 glass, 17 Rubber, 13 screws, 22 steel.

Each leg: 13 aluminum, 13 copper, 12 oil, 13 screws, 13 springs, 22 steel. Each

Arms: 13 aluminum, 8 black titanium, 13 gears, 13 copper, 12 oil, 12 screws, 12 silver. Each

Torso: 13 Aluminum, 12 circuitry, 13 gears, 8 nuclear material, 17 rubber, 13 screws, 22 steel.

After another player gifted me the Nuka Quantum paint for X-01, I took to YouTube to see if I can find it quick enough to set it up.
Then your video pops up and it felt like things just fell into place. I was already general, but haven't been back to the secret service area for a long time now, so I thought I'd have more hoops to jump through to attain the set. Imagine my surprise when the whole set is just given to you.
Granted, it's prototype armor and basic, at that, but still! "Free" X-01 power armor!?
Edit: I couldn't help myself, so I made a set of Prototype, Standard, and Quantum and now have 5 sets of power armor to choose from 😂

Didn't realise it was so easy, turns out I already found the schematics super early on during I think B.E.T.A. or release week just never looked at the crafting menu for the P-Armour station and I already have the materials lol.

I started 76 this week and a level 3000 player gave me this armor and I scrapped it because my carry weight was so low. I didnt realize what i was doing 😭😭😭

Not sure if they patched this or what, but there is a laser grid stopping you from getting into the command room until you do the enclave quest line now
