Find the center and radius of the circle (x+3)^2+(y-4)^2=9. As the given equation is in standard form, the center and radius are easily found by comparing it to (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2 (the standard form of an equation of a circle with center (h,k) and a radius, r). The circle is then graphed and the domain and range are found from the graph.
