If you're an F&B outlet and you're taking orders at tables, here are some tips on how to make StoreHub work better for you.
In your iPad Register, go to Settings, General and turn on the Open Orders shortcut. You'll then see the Orders shortcut at the bottom right of the screen. Even if you don't enable the shortcut, you can still access the order functions from this section.

SAVED ORDERS
To take a new order, select your product(s). You'll notice the button has changed from Orders to Saved. Once you're done, tap Save, key in the Table Number in the popup and tap Save again.

OPEN ORDERS
You can call up any saved orders by tapping Orders. On this page, you'll find all of your open orders. On each order, you'll see the order value on the top left of the order, and the time passed since the order was created.
Tap the orange printer icon to print a half-receipt when your customer requests for the bill.
Tap on an order and you can add more items to it and save it again. Or, tap Charge and collect payments from the customer.

SPLIT ORDERS
From the Open Orders page, you can split or merge orders. To split a table, tap Select, choose a table you want to split and tap Split. Tap products to transfer them to the Split order. Rename the order and tap Done.

MERGE ORDERS
To merge a table, tap Select. Select the tables to be merged and tap Merge. Now tap Save and you'll see they've been merged into a single order. You can tap on the order and rename it.

SERVICE CHARGE
Also, if you have service charge enabled or wish to turn it off for takeaway transactions, just tap service charge and toggle it off.
