Great video, and oh so true, respect to the narrator and what he's doing.

I've been cycling all my life and it has helped with my mental wellbeing since the late 1980s when I was a teenager and didn't understand my mental health differences.

Now later in life and being diagnosed ADHD and bipolar, cycling still continues to help me better than any medication or therapy.

Cycling rules and always will, I'm so glad it's been in my life for all these years.

Sending positive vibes to all the brothers and sisters on two wheels.
