I am currently using Wasabi in the mains and Velocity MLT in the crosses. Would love to hear about Ether to see if it is more spinny than Wasabi and more comfortable since it really is Wasabi in a thinner gauge.

Great review! Can you try snapper as a cross with a stiff main and share the results???

Colour looks like a Yonex Poly Tour Rev (purple), so it suits the Ezones well, I think.

At the start you already showed Toroline’s description that this string has a lower launch angle, so I’m not sure why you expected a ton of spin from it. I guess most people equate snap back to spin, but in this case I think the snap back is what adds to the comfort (string movement) and consistency (not getting stuck out of place and creating uneven string bed). It also seems like this string is better suited to very open patterns rather than the Ezone’s tight center pattern.

I'm enjoying the first few hours of hitting with Toro Toro mains and Snapper crosses. Great feel and pocketing. Can't really tell the difference across spin potential, launch angle, etc with other similar polys I've played with (like Restring Zero, Wasabi and Wasabi X, Wasabi and Caviar, etc). I'm a 4 0 ntrp 5.4 UTR so may just not be high level enough to notice!

This video needs a snap counter like the power racket video power counter

You guys might have hit the nail on the head when you said the string felt “ dead”. I am finding ALL the Toroline strings lack FEEL in my opinion. I tried them all now. I also agree with you that SNAPPER was just not that snappy. Sort of a very forgettable string.
