Mindset truly is a powerful tool you can use to control your life. I was in a bad place mentally and emotionally, but when I started to change some of my views in life, I finally started to gradually get better. It didn't happen right away of course, but slowly I started to be in a better place. Knowing you can't control everything that's happening and adapting a gratitude mindset really helped me to get better.

Very much needed. I stressed myself out learning to drive a reach truck at my weekend job. I passed and received my certification but I feel nervous. Honestly speaking, I gave myself a headache but I know I can do it and will only get better the more I do. I already mastered an order picker, Tugger and walkie rider. It is so far out of my comfort zone I want to cry but I know I can do it.

Excellent video! It seems to me that whenever I change a mindset, the very things I need to achieve what I've decided to do begin to appear. I was brought up by resourceful, persistent people who never admitted defeat and wouldn't allow me to give up either. That said, I got very good at finding ways around an object until I figured out how to dismantle it.

Most of these are common sense but there is something to knowing your limits based on your resources, age and skill set. A 5 foot 2 person is not going to be able to dunk a basketball no matter how many positive thoughts.
