These AIIMS and IIT facilities including fee comes from education cess collected from tax payers and none of Doctor or Engineer will go for government services. They will become good assets for MNCs and Hospitals

But main ek baat kehna chahti hu main kisi ke against nahi hu and i salute the people who study so hard and get into aiims but like dekho at the end of the day india ko aur zaada se zaada achhe doctors ki zarurat hai and humara youth mein log zaada drop neet ke liye lete hai engineering ke liye nahi and one of the biggest reasons is the humongous amount of fees difference between aiims and pvt medical collges jabki engineering mein there is almost no diff in fees like i get it kuchh log nahi afford kar sakte 60k per year ki fees bhi toh unke liye scholarship programs hone chahiye but aiims ki fees itni kam kyu .. iit ki fees toh normal hi hai na toh let those people pay jinke paas hai and jinke paas nahi hai they can get scholarship and ews fees discount and etc and jo aiims ke fees leke Paisa milta hai usko pvt colleges ke govt quota ke hefty fees ko kam karne mein lagaaye.. we need more and better docs.. discrimination already hai pvt colleges and aiims mein bahat badaa but if they fees is so high like 50 lakhs and all toh ek bachha toh 18 years ka hai he feels really sad to tell his parents to pay that fees.. i know usko mehenat karni chahiye wagera wagera and i know saare pvt mein padhne waale bachhe achhe nahi hote but kuchh toh hote hai na.. itne zaada competitive exam and reservation ke kaaran nahi le paate govt college but unke sapne ko aur zaada hault lag jaata hai itni badi fees dekh kar..
