I updated particle illusion to 2024 .5, after the update, whenever I import and replace the particle with color image from pc, it still importing as black and white image, i checked all settings and imported as full color, but not working.

then I uninstalled and tried to reinstall through Boris fx hub, everytime I am getting failed message.
Then I installed by using the file of older version(2023.5) from local folder, and then tried to update it through boris fx hub, it going well till download, and while installing process it going till middle and showing a popup as "update success", but not updating.

I think this software is great, but having these type of effects is nice, but used too much would be a bit unrealistic. You would not want it in every video. So I am not sure it would be worth a subscription. It just would not be used enough to make it worth it.
