It might be some Boeing worker who got stuck inside the capsule during construction and now is hitting one of the panels with a wrench.

This happened to another astronaut in space about fifteen years ago. He was alone and heard the same noise. He said it was like a loud, tapping sound coming from outside the spacecraft.

These are normal engine room noises from early 20th century steam ships. I guess Boeing is using some old technology.
