If Vilanova wasn't diagnosed with cancer, he would have been Barca's manager now. As a Chelsea fan I was shocked when I heard about his passing, really respect a man that wins la liga in his first season. He was good, real good. Maybe even the best.

You got Khan`s moment wrong, Cañizares lost his mother the day before the final (or on that day I don`t remember) and was crying because he thought he disappointed everyone, including his mother. Khan reached to him and told him "You don`t have to be like that, I know your mother is proud of you because she raised one of the best GK in the world". The same thing happened to C.Ronaldo on the Euro 2004 final, since he lost his dad earlier that week he told the press he would dedicate his win to him; but Greece won and he was left in tears after the match.
